The title of my post taken from the film A Man for All Seasons that depicted the final years of Sir Thomas More, a man who showed qualities the complete opposite to Boris Johnson. This is in reference to Boris who is well versed with historical quotes that mean little to him but says them on the world stage because he thinks it ups his credibility and status. Polly Toynbee in The Guardian describes how far standards in the country have dropped that Boris Johnson should ever be considered as a future PM. A man without qualities, devoid of public spirit or regard for anyone but himself, consumed by lifelong ambition, needy for acclaim and irritable when it’s denied, willing to swing dangerously in any direction to be loved, a man to shame the country as its figurehead.www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2019/jun/12/boris-johnson-speech-charlatan-bravado-untrustworthyCourtesy of The Guardian. Soon we may hear whether it’s Johnson or Gove both admitting to having taken drugs will lead the country, it makes me proud to be British!!! makes the damage England fans have already caused to our reputation meaningless.

It’s like turning the clock back people in politics make comments and do things to gain publicity, lie, incite hatred and are allowed to get away with it. It’s like the ruling class all over again Brexit no deal won’t affect them they will still have a job have money coming in from their wealth and pensions. Remember the poster of migrants that Farage stood in front of and then he said that he would pick up a rifle if Brexit didn’t happen. Why didn’t the police arrest him? his comments were said to provoke racial tensions and attacks on ethnic minorities have increased all over the country. People like him are dividing the country.

Johnson and Gove taking drugs and now potential to be PM, shows the BBC have higher standards than the people that govern the country.
